SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesia has jumped to the 27th position in the 2024 Institute for Management Development (iMD) World Competitiveness Ranking, ranking third in Southeast Asia.
The IMD World Competitiveness Center determines these rankings using four key indicators, namely economic performance, government efficiancy, business efficiency, and infrastructure.
Indonesia's success in increasing its score is attributed to factors such as an abundant labor force, effective company management, and societal values that support business efficiency. The country also achieved positive rankings in tax and public financial places.
